CLOUDED LANDS LONDON

“Clouded Lands - London” closed the first Food of War tour with an art show. With an emphasis in Performing Arts, the works of the collective were presented with local artists including poetry readings, theatre, experimental sound and a debate about Chernobyl.  

CLOUDED LANDS BURGOS
Caja de Burgos Museum was the host of Food of War and five Spanish artists working on the impact of Nuclear Energy in what we consume. From the rising temperatures in the Ebro River as cooling agent in local power plants to the impact of the economy, local artists and the collective engaged with the community in “Clouded Lands - Burgos” 2017.

CLOUDED LANDS BERLIN
At the World Congress by the International Peace Bureau in Berlin 2016, Food of War collaborated with three German based artists in “Clouded Lands - Berlin”. As part of the cultural programme at the event focused on disarming, the collective reflected on the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster and the way it affected the food in Europe.

CLOUDED LANDS KIEV
“Clouded Lands - Kiev” opened the day of the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. An exhibition created by Food of War to explore the way we were all affected by the nuclear accident. A dozen of local artists plus the works of the collective turned this art show into the biggest event commemorating the tragedy.
